User Confidentiality and Data Security Agreement

The first time users log into DAISEY, they will see a “Confidentiality and Data Security Agreement”. All users must read and agree to the terms of this agreement to continue into the DAISEY system. If a user clicks “Decline”, his or her DAISEY account will be deactivated.

The agreement will expire after 1 year, at which time the user will be prompted to read and agree (again). This user agreement can be reviewed at any time in the “My Profile” section of DAISEY.
