Printing a Blank Family Activity Form

Some users may wish to print out a blank family activity form.

To print a blank activity form:

  1. Navigate to the “Family Activities Page” (see Accessing Family Activities).
  2. Scroll down to the “Forms Available for Family Activities” section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the print icon on the same row as the activity to print a blank copy of that form.

Note: Some new forms may not be completely blank if the “autofill” feature is enabled. This will fill in commonly repeated information from the last time this form was filled out for this family. Users do not have control over the enabling/disabling of autofill.
