MIECHV and HOPES HFI PAEYS Report

This guide provides technical information and additional program instructions for users accessing the Iowa MIECHV Performance and Education Yield Success (PAEYS) Report.

Report purpose:

The IOWA MIECHV PAEYS Report allows family support professionals that have been accepted to the PAEYS Program to review their incentive status at any given point in time. The standards of this report have been set in accordance to the PAEYS performance standards and MIECHV data requirements. This report SHOULD NOT be used in conjunction with the Scheduling Report.

Activities will show up in the quarter in which the activity is due.

For PAEYS requirements, consult your program supervisor.

Dashboard Filters

Once the filters are selected, the report will show a stacked bar graph displaying the count of activities by home visitor. Each bar lists totals of activities that the home visitor has due during the date range selected sorted by the Completion Status. A side list to the right of the table will include the DAISEY ID for a client with an activity due during the date range.

The red circle indicates the 85% cut off range which is required to receive the quarterly incentive.

To drill down into the home visitor activities, hover over Home Visitor and select the + button.

This will show all of the activities the home visitor has due during the date range selected.

Clicking on the completion status of a bar will provide the DAISEY ID and Name of the clients in the category on the list to the right of the table.

To Print: This data can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by selecting a heading in the table (i.e. Date Due, Name, Activity, etc.). Select “Download” in the bottom right of the report dashboard and choose “Data”. Next, select “Download all rows as text file” link and the data will be populated in an Excel spreadsheet. To save the data in a spreadsheet format, use the “Save As” feature to select the save as type. Because report data exports contain all of the form data used by the report, we recommend deleting any columns from the file that are unnecessary for your review.
