Outcomes for PFS & LSP

This report contains information required by funders in the state of Iowa, as well as data that programs can use for program planning, evaluation, and Quality Improvement activities.

The section below contains information about each tab in the Iowa FSSD Report.

Reminder: Primary Caregiver and children with profiles and assessments entered into DAISEY will be represented in reports. The data only reflects families that are actively enrolled during the date range selected in the filter.

What does this report represent

This reports represents data entered into DAISEY for Iowa FSSD programs. Some graphs may have Unknown or Invalid data.  To review Unknown or Invalid data in these reports, review underlying data to determine what data needs corrected. Instructions for accessing underlying client level data and downloading PDF versions of reports are available in the DAISEY Technical Assistance Brief – How to Use DAISEY Reports.

USING FILTERS

Use the following filters to determine the data to review:

Reporting Year (fiscal year), Reporting Period (Quarter), and Short-term or Long-term program (applies to PFS/LSP tab only), Organization Name, Program Name and County Name.

Form: Primary Caregiver Profile and LSP

Questions considered: Date of Enrollment, Is this the Primary Caregiver, Date of Activity, Domain scores

Who is counted: All Primary Caregivers who were actively enrolled anytime during the date range selected with at least 2 saved/submitted assessments. This graph looks at how specific answers within the assessment were answered.

Notes:

  • Initial & Follow-up (Fig. 20) includes all families served in the chosen reporting period who have an initial LSP (completed anytime) and additional LSP completed in the selected date range.
  • Family Functioning (Fig. 20) is calculated by comparing items 1 & 2 on the Initial LSP to the items 1 & 2 on the most recent LSP in the selected date range.
  • Social Support (Fig. 20) is calculated by comparing item 3 on the Initial LSP to item 3 on the most recent LSP in the selected date range.
  • Connection to Supports (Fig. 20) is calculated by comparing items 11, 2, & 35 on the Initial LSP to the items 11, 20, & 35 on the most recent LSP in the selected date range.
  • Nurturing & Attachment (Fig. 20) is calculated by comparing items 5 on the initial LSP to the items 5 on the most recent LSP in the selected date range.
  • Knowledge of Child (Fig.20) is calculated comparing item 7 on the initial LSP to the most recent LSP in the selected date range.
