The section below contains information about each tab in the Iowa FSSD Report.
What does this report represent
This reports represents data entered into DAISEY for Iowa FSSD programs. Some graphs may have Unknown or Invalid data. To review Unknown or Invalid data in these reports, review underlying data to determine what data needs corrected. Instructions for accessing underlying client level data and downloading PDF versions of reports are available in the DAISEY Technical Assistance Brief – How to Use DAISEY Reports.
Use the following filters to determine the data to review:
Reporting Year (fiscal year), Reporting Period (Quarter), and Short-term or Long-term program (applies to PFS/LSP tab only), Organization Name, Program Name and County Name.
7- Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale
Form: Primary Caregiver and Child Profiles, EDPS
Questions considered: Enrollment Date, Date of Activity, Referrals, Child DOB
Who is counted: Female Primary Caregivers who enrolled prenatally or have a child under the age of twelve months during the date range selected are included in the top bar of this graph (Fig. 18). Data in the subsequent bars are pulled from the bar on top.
- The data in each bar is taken from the bar before it. For example, the 2nd bar represents the results of the mothers who were screened in the 1st The 3rd bar is taken from the positive screens in the 2nd bar.
- Screened Positive includes saved/submitted EPDS assessments that were calculated and have a score 10 or higher; the user must select ‘Calculate’. If the assessment is not calculated, they will be included in the Not Screened
- Referred, Already in Services, Not Referred or in Services bar is a reflection of Referrals responses in the EPDS.
If the referrals question is left blank, that data will be found in the Not Referred or in Services.
